"As He is, so are we in this world"

1 John 4:17 reveals an incredible truth: "Herein is our love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment: because as he is, so are we in this world."

Why is this important? Because so many Christians live with a false identity that limits them from being transformed into believers, lovers of God and man and people of supernatural power. If we can grasped this truth, then we will begin to see our lives, our family and friends' lives, our communities and our cities transformed. I challenge you to see yourself the way God sees you. If His Spirit abides in you, then "as He is, so are you in this world." He is Love, so are you. He is Fire, so are you. He is Healer, so are you. So on and so on.

Made Powerful in Battle (Hebrews 11:34)

The heroes of our faith discovered this Kingdom secret of turning weakness to strength. In the Kingdom, we must engage in warfare in order to become powerful. The mind not renewed thinks it must become powerful before declaring war. In the Kingdom, our faith declares war before our power is created and manifested.

A real life example of this in contemporary times is the USA at the time of WWII. Prior to and at the time FDR declared war on Germany and Japan, the US was considered the 19th most powerful military in the world. As a single nation, we began the war with only 300 thousand soldiers. The Japanese had 1.7 million, almost 6 times more troops; Germany had 3.75 million troops. The picture below was taken at the WWII museum in New Orleans, La and provides a very good side by side comparison to put these numbers in perspective.

During this time, the resolve of our country was tested. Lives were sacrificed. The nation became unified behind a single. All resources were dedicated to the fight. When the war ended, we were #1, the world's most powerful nation. In order to become powerful, we must stand firm, declare war on our enemy, love not our own lives and give sacrificially, unite with a single purpose and never give up. In the end, we realize we are more powerful, and victory over tyranny is certain.
